Strength Training
As a doctor of physical therapy and coach, I've worked with clients who have received inadequate guidance, leading to fear avoidance beliefs, poor technique, or a lack of understanding about the purpose of certain activities. The ultimate goal is to enhance your health, overall movement, and ability to continue enjoying the activities you love.

Start with an assessment from a doctor of physical therapy. Here we will have the opportunity to talk about goals, assess movement quality, and determine where the best place for you to start is.
Personalized Program
Develop a personalized program tailored to your specific needs. This program will be implemented both in-person and through our custom app to ensure continuous progress throughout your journey.
Support + Tracking Results
Together, we will track and address your progress throughout your program. You will also have continuous communication with your coach to ensure you stay on track to reach your goals.
